diagnosed in 2005 after three months of undiagnosed Ulcerative Colitis with a PCP (argh!) that did not figure it out. From what I remember, my parents and I got a second opinion, I got hospitalized for a week-ish, my first IV from a nurse who poked me twelve times (arrrrgh!), was on mesalamine and prednisone, then mesalamine and 6mp, then just mesalamine up to now. I'm in remission.
