I'm newly diagnosed with IBD. Not seen a specialist yet, but my GP said It's very unlikely it's something else with my symptoms and lab results so far. I may be newly diagnosed, but I've been gay my whole life basically. But more specifically I've been having sex for like 2 years since I was 18, and anal sex is basically a way (an enjoyable one...) that people like me have sex. And of course I know it's not important to have receptive anal sex, but it's something that if I can do if such surgeries have to be done on me and there's no risk, then I'd like to. So is it's possible to do that if you have a rectum, but no colon, or even no rectum but a J-pouch? I only really know that if you don't have a rectum them the butthole is purely 'aesthetic' :rof: But honestly do doctors tell you about this regardless if you ask, or what have they said if you have asked?
