machinehead, that sounds like a great idea. i just had my food sensitivity test and have change my diet huge (2days ago). cut out wheat, yeast, eggs, dairy and few other things. i am already learning quickly that there are tones of stuff to eat - don't need all that crap;)

My husband is just keeping a journal beside the bed which he records all that he ate for the day, his weight, medications, whatever happens throughout the day he records it and it helps me to understand more of how he is feeling and what may have caused his problems too. :thumleft:
