Diagnosed with Crohn's but could it be MC?

I was diagnosed with Crohn's when I was 11.
I'm 25 now and have been unwell for the past 2 years. I've failed Azathioprine, Infliximab and Ustekinumab.
Only the dreaded Prednisolone gives me relief.

When I was first diagnosed with CD aged 11 I had bloody diarrhoea. But these days I never have blood in my diarrhoea.
Today I came across Microscopic Colitis and understand that diarrhoea without blood is a key symptom.

I had a colonoscopy this week showing mild inflammation.

Will the biopsy results definitely prove whether I have MC?
Can you have CD and MC?

Any advice or similar stories would be much appreciated!

TLDR: Diagnosed with CD years ago but think I may have MC.

I dont know much about MC.
To me the reason why you are not having blood right now is maybe because at this moment the level of inflammation is miilder than the level you experienced before.
I think that generally, blood comes not as a first step during inflammatory process. Well for me, it comes in the last steps and increase in quantity as inflammation and damage in mucosa increase. I get many more symptoms before blood come in, such as loose stools, diarrhea or mucous.

The biopsy will most likely help orient or confirm your diagnosis.

Not having the blood in the diarrhea does not rule out Crohn's. MC appears to be a possibility in your case, but the key results will come from the biopsy results. They should be able to diagnose MC from that.
