    Finally got Ensure Juce - to take 1 a day, is that enough for now?

    Am soo confusled.. doctor put to have 1 a day on my script Finally got the Ensure Juce, its delish.. yay. Got 20 bottles, so should last me a few weeks Wondering is 1 a day the normal amount?? I also have water, tea, squash during the day to drink Any help be fab Thanks guys :)

    Medications have any impact?? Nutrition??

    Toilet ring cushion

    Movicol from gastro...eek.. is it really gentle!

    Is it as gentle as he says?? Went in today, he says my lower is healing up, ulcers healing etc, tender but otherwise fine. Sent me for xray suspected things were backing up in upper. Sure enough big grey masses on the xray (poop:eek2:) .. Have been ordered to take Movicol..lots of it.. and...

    Update for you guys, Thank you all so much for your advice and support Got in last night to message from Hospital, rang them this morning to find I have an appointment ... Tommorow morning at 9.30!! Amazing, so so pleased, my doctor sent them a letter and they have responded with a slot :)...
