    Wheat free

    wheat free So i have gone wheat free and it seems to be helping but i have read that after a few weeks i can reintroduce it to my diet any comments on this i hope so cause this wheat free sucks thank god for marmite lol

    My story

    my story I become ill when i was 18 and finally being diagnosed when 3 years later (after convincing my doctor that i was not anerexic) with in a few monstths of that i had had a fair amount of my small intestine. Removed anad put on budznide steroids. ( prop spelt wrong )and pentesa spelt...
