    Need feedback from anyone who has had resection surgery

    I am about to have laproscopic resection. 20 cm of my distal and terminal ileum, and a portion of my colon will be removed because of a bad stricture. I know everyone is different, but to all those that have experienced resection surgery: Did you need/end up with a temporary stoma??????
