    Diarrhea stopped

    Hi guys So ive been on the SCD diet for a few weeks now and ive noticed that my diarrhea stopped which is great news, but now i dont go to the bathroom very often. I go maybe 1 time in about 2 days. Is this normal? EDIT: I am drinking plenty of water
