    This is a question I've been thinking about lately, considering my treatments are very slim at this point. I WILL NOT get surgery.     Ok, so once you fail all the pills and step it up to the next tier and then fail and then move up to biologic's and those all fail, what's the next option? I've run most of the meds out there since being Dx'd in 2004. Remicade was the best treatment for me, I was great for about 3 years...

    What is the longest you've been on Prednisone?

    Just wondering how long some of your doctors keep you on prednisone. I just started again, 40mg/day. Last year I was on prednisone for about 8mo out of the year. It works great for me, but I hate to think what it's doing to me damage wise.
