* Oct 2010 Resection/Colectomy
* Jan 2011 Fistulotomy
* Aug 2011 Colostomy Take-Down
* Feb 2014 Resection
Medications:
* Humira Bi-Weekly
* Immodium
* Dyphenoxylate/Atropine
Failed Meds:
* Imuran, flagyl/cypro, Cimzia, asacol, pentasa, remicade, protonix, mesalamine, prednisone <-- hated it
Supplements:
* Vitamin B12 Shots Bi-Weekly
