    Parent of newly diagnosed kid

    What a rollercoaster of a ride you are all having, We're in ireland too, our son diagnosed in Oct. 2017, he's been on Infliximab since Feb. 2018, for us it was EEN that saved him and got him ready for the Infusions, I hope he's doing much better, and it will get better :)

    BioSimilar Switch - Remicade to Inflectra

    I started this post, we've not noticed any changes, I'd have to count back number of infusions recevied since switch but at 6 week intervals I'm guessing about 5 perhaps

    Cdn provincial government policy that would require a switch from biologic to biosimilar

    They recently commenced this programme of switching in Ireland too. My son was switched June/July and so far its still working well, I even reached out to an IBD specialist i follow on twitter from another nearby city and he confirmed to me he'd switched 400 patients already between UK/Ireland...

    Hi All, got letter from childrens hospital that son will be switched from Remicade to BioSimilar Inflectra in coming months, I know they should be same etc. anyone else been moved or taking longterm a biosimilar?

    Remicade 8 weeks being reduced to 6weeks

    Hi All, 14yr old son only diagnosed this time last year. He's been on Infusions now since January this year. Got call yesterday, last 8 week infusion on July 13 and results show low levels, so they want to start a 6 week regime. Is this the start of bad news for us, what happens next ...
