• Welcome to Crohn's Forum, a support group for people with all forms of IBD. While this community is not a substitute for doctor's advice and we cannot treat or diagnose, we find being able to communicate with others who have IBD is invaluable as we navigate our struggles and celebrate our successes. We invite you to join us.

You can live with Kron, only carefully. I was diagnosed at the hospital when I was brought in with suspected appendicitis. There were pains in the right side, extending to the entire abdomen, constant bloating, constipation. In general, I was operated on and prescribed a course of Salofalk for life. Periodically, you need to take tests and visit a gastroenterologist. It is important to follow proper nutrition, otherwise, you can provoke an exacerbation.
If you forget about treatment, you can end up on the operating table again. I almost got there. Now I am in an exacerbation stage and I drink large doses of the drug. I work normally, the main thing is always to have access to the toilet and food.
