    Crohn’s map vaccine

    Does MAP have flagellin?

Watch Dr. Brian Coombes discuss his research into the possible link between Adherent Invasive E-coli and Crohn’s

Qu Biologics is in phase 2 iirc with a treatment that restores innate immune system function for crohn's patients, and I'm pretty sure there's also one that targets flagellin in the works, which is what bacteria need to infilitrate deep tissue and such, if I'm remembering right. The pipeline...

    Interesting research/articles/videos etc.

I did a course of rifaximin without any lasting effect, though of course, only one data point isn't significant by itself

    New study vaccine and immunosuppressants

Almost forgot to mention - the vaccine also cuts your risk of long COVID by half. Don't mess around with post-infection diseases if you don't have to. https://www.webmd.com/vaccines/covid-19-vaccine/news/20210902/study-shows-vaccines-cut-risk-of-long-covid-by-half

    New study vaccine and immunosuppressants

VAERS reports are enitrely unverified and aren't a reliable source, especially with the way they've been weaponized and flooded with bad info. The disclaimer on it specifically says, "The reports may contain information that is incomplete, inaccurate, coincidental, or unverifiable"...

    New study vaccine and immunosuppressants

The booster reduces the chances of infection by 80% and the whole series otherwise both reduces the severity keeps me alive quite reliably if I do get infected, so, yeah, absolutely. If it's every six months until they finish developing the t-cell vaccine that provides longer-lasting immunity...

    New study vaccine and immunosuppressants

The latest research out of israel is showing an order of magnitude more antibodies after a booster as compared to after the second dose. There's also a t-cell vaccine in development that would offer long-lasting protection to supplement the current ones

Yogurt as a cure for Covid-19 and Crohn’s disease?

Do any other acidic foods also make you nauseous? If not, and it's the only food that you have that reaction to, it could be a sensory issue with the texture or taste. Bananas make me react the same way despite my best efforts. If it didn't used to happen and now it does, though, I'd check with...

    Bile acid

That's very interesting! I've been on continuous double dose lansoprazole due to a hiatal hernia and no way to fix it due to a genetic disorder, and my crohn's stays surprisingly stable, so I wonder if that's another part of it.

    Immunosupression and Covid Vaccine Response

It's not gene therapy - it doesn't change your DNA in any way. The m in mRNA stands for messenger. Once it sends a message to cells' protein factories to create a batch of spike proteins, the message disappears, and the immune system handles the rest once it realizes that a thing that isn't...

Senolytics reduce gut inflammation in mice

I only found out about the evidence for that a couple of days ago tbh. lol Haven't decided yet whether I want to switch over. It's probably not for me, since I'm prone to gastritis and my stomach doesn't like even these supplements sometimes

Senolytics reduce gut inflammation in mice

No problem at all! I initially did 2 days in a row for 2 months in a row, and then I've done 1 day a month since. I take the Rejuvenation Therapeutics one, since the only filler they use is potato starch...
