My 27 yr old son was diagnosed with Crohn's at 11 yrs. He has had an anal fissure. We found that putting honey( Manuka is the best) on it made it much less painful and helped it heal. I would have posted this sooner, but I just joined the group. Sounds gross, but it worked for him.
