    Hey Ive been taking Fiber (Metamucial) but im still really C, anyone else try this. I have laso been taking flax seeds grinded to help with the inflammation and today I just started Glutamine to help heal the mucosa lining of the intestine. Did any of these help others?

    Does anyone else feel fluid build up/gas on right side?

    Ok so i here a lot of people talk about pain, and I dont usually get pain just some burning from time to time. A lot of times when i push on my lower right side I can feel fluid and pressure build up. I can even make noises sometimes by pressing on it. Does anyone else get this?
