    Am I not staying on Pred for long enough

    I have taken Pred 3 times.... and 2 of the times... the flare came back.... I am wondering if this is because I wasnt on it long enough.... or maybe it just isnt effective for kicking me into remission. While I was on it... I felt perfect.... no stomach issues... and no fatigue or sickness...

    WHY am I always tired?

    I understand Crohns = fatigue, but I really don't know why. Even my Doc didn't really address this question. I just wish I knew the reason why we have to suffer this fate.

    Newbie with question about fatigue

    How do you guys handle the CD fatigue? Does anyone take stimulants? Large doses of caffeine? ephedrine? Modafinil? Do you just have to sleep more? Does working out help? Thanks.
