    Perianal Crohn's ONLY??

I was just wondering; does anyone here have Perianal Crohn's ONLY, with no Crohn's elsewhere in the colon? Is it even possible? Or does Perianal Crohn's normally develop after an issue elsewhere in the colon?

Constipated - only mucus coming out

Ugh... I've been constipated for 3 days now (had a slight BM today, but not much at all). Keep feeling like I need, sit on the loo and nothing! All that comes out it mucus :( I'm taking lactulose, but it doesn't seem to be shifting. Does anyone else get just mucus come out? Thanks x Side...
