    I've heard talks at CCFA meetings where rates of Crohn's in different countries are quoted. Does anyone know any good references for this info? I'd love to just know: Country, Rate of Crohn's. For example in the U.S. I recently read a rate of 317 per 100,000. (But there wasn't a source listed.)
