Yes, it is a concern and you should tell your doctor. This happens to me too. Things come out in the toilet whole like 30 min after I eat sometimes. When this happens, I try I stick with soup and smoothies and I eliminate raw food. The things that typically come out while are usually fruits and veggies for me

I don't eat raw veggies or fruit, my system just can't handle it.

I just think I am running out of energy to deal with this very well. Over the summer I spent
50 days in the hospital, its wearing me out and down!!

Try white, bland food.Chicken (no skin) rice, baked potato, white bread, toast, clear soup.and eat little and often.Nothing greasy or too spicy.Rice crispies at breakfast.Smoothies are good for nutritian but sometimes not good for us crohnies. We try to eat healthy to make up for what we lose down the toilet but usually all the things we used to love and now crave, are a no-no.I hope you feel better soon.

I have not had surgery as of yet. I have been trying to follow the BRAT diet, just have had active symptoms for so long- meaning daily- that I am overwhelmed! I know we all get there at times and right now its my turn!!
