A lot the results you get in the 23andMe report are very interesting but not really "actionable." The ancestry piece confirmed that I am almost completely of British and generic northern European ancestry, which agrees with what I knew of family history.
The medical piece is currently rather limited to a handful of relatively rare conditions, none of which I have. I hope the see the IBD results published some day.
They also identify a bunch of 2nd, 3rd, and 4th cousins who are also in their database and make it possible for you to contact these relatives if you so choose. One of my nephews had earlier bought their product (not part of the IBD study), and their DNA data correctly identified him as being a nephew.
