Hi All

thought id pop in and see how every 1 is and up date everyone on me
well those who know me will know on the 10th april i had a protectomy (rectrum removel) my rear end wound has healed very nicely no recent problems with it apart from it feels weird when you sit down like you have something stuck between your cheeks :lol: , im waiting to see a specialist about my breathing because even though i was treated for clotts on the lungs after op i still have problems breathing , ive suffered mild depression over last few months but im doing good

Hey Donna,

Check out meditation, there is a thread in the poll area about it and I just wanted to let you know that meditation brought me to feel better and also made me lose my depression.

I am glad your bum is feeling better
 
Aloha Donna! Glad the surgery went well & hope you get used to the new weirdness quickly. Meditation, bio-feedback & relaxation exercises are all excellent for dealing with depression. Hope you're feeling on top of it soon!
