Advice on LOFFLEX diet

Hi. I have just been diagnosed with mild Crohns and have been on the lofflex diet for a week.

Has anyone else had cramping and diahorrea on this? Is it just early days and it will get better?

Hi Neets1234. I've done the lofflex diet - what treatment were you on before? Did you do the elemental diet before it? Things can take a few weeks to settle. What are your inflammatory markers currently like?
