Alternatives to Aza?

Hey all!

Just had a chunk of my back skin removed due to basal cell carcinoma (a fairly benign skin cancer if caught early) and am wondering: what can they replace aza with as I apparently am now not a very good candidate for this med? It actually did a fair bit of good for my crohn's, but cancer has a sort of really nasty side effect...

Thanks in advance for replies!

Methotrexate is now being used a lot more, especially in the pediatric GI world. It's given once a week, either orally or by injection and is usually tolerated pretty well.
Besides that, I guess biologics would be the other option.

On remicade as well at the moment! May be a big change in my meds coming I guess, otherwise I will need to possibly get used to the slice and dice.
