Anyone have Myasthenia Gravis as well as Crohns?

I've had crohns diagnosed since 1987.

This year I was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis - this is in the muscular dystrophy family of neuromuscular conditions.

For probably the past decade I've suffered with chronic fatigue, always putting it down to my B12 deficiency. It got to the point where I was needing a shot every week just to combat the fatigue, dry and gritty eyes.

Turned out the fatigue was linked to the MG, and the day I started Mestinon for the MG the fatigue disappeared! I also have the extreme double vision of the ocular form of MG.

So, if anyone else out there has MG and Crohns, I'd love to hear from you.
