Atypical presentation?

Hi all,
I am new to this forum.. Not sure if I actually have Crohn’s disease or not. I was sick with high fevers for about 3 months with elevated CRP and ESR levels. I’ve had an extremely extensive work up done and nothing was positive except for an ANA and Saccharomyces Cerevisiae IGg the IGa was negative. I do get mouth sores quite often. Other than the sores, fevers and fatigue no other abdominal symptoms. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Also, does anyone happen to know what it means if the Saccharomyces Cerevisiae IGg is positive but the IGa is negative?

I look forward to chatting with you all, thanks in advance!

There are a lot of auto inflammatory conditions that give fevers

Please see a specialist who handles auto inflammatory conditions (such as a dermatologist or rheumatologist)
Or could be auto immune or … many things

it really could be alot of different things
Best to have qualified medical doctor help you sort though things

I assume your coloscopy was negative for ulcers, right? Any anemia?

If not, with no abdominal symptoms, clean scopes, and no anemia, it's difficult to point to Crohn's very much, or even to the GI tract in general. It could be a lot of different inflammatory/ autoimmune conditions. It could just be an infection of some sort. Keep working with your doc to track it down.
