Baby eczema while bbreastfeeding

My daughter's baby is 5 months old and has developed bad ezcema
She was on humira till 7 months then stopped...but she took the azaphiprine throughout and is now breastfeeding has any ones baby
Had skin problems ????

The only thing the baby is eating is her mother's milk? If the baby eats other food, I would think about a elimination diet. Consider also contact allergy ezcema, maybe a reaction to cleaning skin care, soap product, a fabric, etc the baby is in contact with.
I had ezcema all my childhood (elbows and knees mostly), I wish I had tried a elimination diet at this time.
