Back Pain

Does anyone get back pain around their mid back when having a flare. Lately i have been in a bad flare and I get back pain that is so bad i need to go on my hands and knees and rock to get it to go away. It almost stops instantly when I do this but as soon as I lay back down or stand up it is right back as strong as ever.

When I was bad last year I used to get a sharp pain between my midback and shoulder blades this cleared once I got into remission, I normally am not prone to back pain. Back pain seems to be quite common either as referred pain from the abdomen or and arthritic type pain as a secondary effect from crohns.
