Best Foods To Encourage Passing Of Capsule Endoscopy?

I did my capsule endoscopy today and I am wondering, what would be the very best foods and liquads to encourage the passing of this pill? Also, I understand that ginger helps the digestive system work as well. I am drinking green/peppermint/ginger tea to encourage its passing as I don't want any problems.

Any thoughts appreciated!
