Blister after injection?

I just got my first humira injection today, four pens. I just took off all the band-aids and noticed I had this huge blister at just one of the injections sites. It's about the size of a thumb nail. I actually poked it a few times, it's tender (obviously). Could it just be some meds/fluids caught under the skin? Anyone else have this reaction?

I would guess it is the humira itself, just hasn't been absorbed yet. It still happens occasionally to me.And welcome to the club, any questions just ask, there is a lot of info and experience here to draw from.
