So lately I've been having a bit of blood in my stool, which I assumed was from a hemorrhoid. It's mostly bright red, maybe not BRIGHT red but pretty light, not brown.
Today, twice, I had a little clot type blob of dark-ish blood on the t.p. when I wiped. Not very dark, or brown, just a bit darker than bright red.
Could this be from a hemorrhoid? Or do clots like that usually come from somewhere further up the intestinal tract?
