Oh the love/hate relationship I have with western medicine doctors!i absolutely see their place in the world. They help us to navigate through the web of confusion, assisting us in finding just the right concoction that will give us a better quality of life. Most are compassionate, going into medicine not only for the intellectual stimulus and challenges that only medicine can provide...HOWEVER..! They right get on my last nerve!especialky the arrogant, narcissistic among the gems.sometimes it's the luck of the draw who you will end up having as a primary care physician..if you show up in any given er or a and e, you might luck out and meet the person of your dreams~
The lovely, patient practitioner who takes their time with you, showing you care and concern while making sure you receive the very best that the field has to offer.
Unfortunately, you may also meet up with your nemesis. Someone who is arrogant, not that bright, and disrespectful. Te one consolation I give myself in meeting such a one as this is that karma is a bitch!one day this same unkind person will be faced with their own dealings with western medicine as a patient. I admit I sort of day dream about their experiences!:)
So,if you happen to meet up with the compassionate provider, count your lucky stars. If,however, you sadly meet the other one, keep in mind that they too will face te very same experiences they have given to others!
Just some thoughts on the wave of another hospital admission..

oh how I feel your pain CKT!!!!!

my biggest problem is that once i find one I like I either lose my insurance or they move.

Most of my jerks (for lack of being able to use better words) have been in the ER. My biggest problem is where I live. In small town Mississippi I think good Drs just don't work here.

Hope you don't end up in the hospital, I am typing this from my hospital room right now. This is my first admission for CD and it is also the longest I have been in the hospital since I was born.
