I'm frustrated. I was diagnosed in 2018 as having Chrons disease. Im currently on STELARA. My CRP has been slightly elevated since diagnosis except for 2 times when it was normal. I asked my GI doctor if I should be concerned and she told me if I wanted more testing done to see my GP and her run more tests. My other inflammatory marker is always normal. Should I be concerned? Right now my CRP is 11.4. In February is 8.8.

How often do you get Stelara ?
When was your last scope /imaging /fecal cal ?
Were those normal ?
You can have more than one disease
My kiddo has three
Crohns ,juvenile arthritis and Sweets Syndrome

so there could be another reason for the elevated crp
Just depends on your symptoms
We chased crohns
Only to find the other two later

good luck

I take STELARA every 4wks and it has been 3wks from my last injection when I had labs. I also have an adrenal insufficiency, and hypopituitarism. But all my labs regarding that is normal. Actually all my labs are normal accept my CRP.
