Cimzia and healed scars from earlier surgery

I am on my second month of Cimzia and do see an improvement. About a month before I started taking it, I had appendix out via 3 small incisions. No complications, all healed up well, but, today I noticed that my healed scars became red, a bit swollen and very itchy. Just the healed scars, nothing else and no other side effects. I am calling my doc and letting him know.
Just wanted to put this out to see if anyone had or heard of that type of reaction.
