Colonoscopy

I had a colonoscopy done Wednesday afternoon (4pm). I still have moderate pain in my right side. The doc took some biopsies in that area, which is where my crohns is. Do you think this is normal to still have residual pain this long after the procedure?

You could still have discomfort/pain - especially if that is an area with inflammation. What I would be more concerned about is if you are passing any fresh looking blood - that would prompt a call to the doctors.

If you still are not sure, make a call anyway to the doctors' office.

I would keep a look out for more blood. The blood you saw yesterday may just be from the biopsy sites which is normal. But if the pain persists, call your doc.
