Common yeast may worsen IBD symptoms in Crohn's disease

After reading the autoimmune solution by amy myers Ive seen a lot of information on yeast causing autoimmune response. I myself didnt realize it was an issue because I had toe nail fungus and wouldve never thought that meant anything.

I just recently have been connecting the dots so havent had a chance to eliminate the issue yet
