Component separation surgery

Would like anyone's opinion and their experience on mesh for this surgery.
Already had porcine for a small incisional hernia but now have 3 or 4 abdominal hernias below the porcine and am looking at what's the best thing for crohns patients that have had 4+ Laparotomies and now have big hernias.
