Constipation only once post

I had constipation with blood one month after fistula surgery, does this mean an abscess or recurrence will occur? How can i rule out this possibility? My dr examined me and said the fistula had fully healed but last time when he performed sphincterotomy and it had healed i had constipation like almost 3 times causing the fistula which i needed surgery for... will the same repeat itself? Ive had a very marginal, tiny increase in pain by fistula surgery spot. What should i do???? The area still feels somewhat tender.
