Hi everyone, I joined this group because I'm constantly researching ways to support my partner who was diagnosed with crohn's 7 years ago. Luckily we've been managing his condition primarily through diet using the SCD guidelines. I do the cooking so I'm constantly looking for new ideas. I also had a diverticulitis attack a year ago so I've been careful with diet. I tell him that he caused it haha!
