Hello, I have had Crohn's disease since 1998. I'm a french lyrical singer and wanted to know if any of you have ever experienced vocal problems (dysphonia or aphonia of the speaking or singing voice) either due to taking medications related to the disease or more likely due to damage or arthritis of certain laryngeal muscles. Thank you very much for your valuable feedback. I'm going to meet an internist soon to study this probably mysterious Crohn's/voice relationship. I will also discuss the matter with a rheumatologist.
