I just recently read on another Crohns website about a link between arthritis and Crohns. My medication was recently changed from Sulfasalazine to Apriso. Seemed to help until I noticed my hands were tingling and swollen in the mornings and throughout the day more frequently than usual. I had always thought it was just carpal tunnel but now I read that sulfa can aid in people suffering with arthritis. I'm a little skeptical to get back on Sulfasalazine due to Steven Johnsons Syndrome associated with sulfa products.
Just wondering if anyone else is suffering with these symptoms and found alternatives, (herbal ?) that may assist with alleviating the problem?
