Do you think a person should hold off starting Remicade until they have an MRI? If the MRI is scheduled only a month away?

I want to know if it important to get a true MRI reading with no medication, so you can see what is really going on before starting medication. That way once Medication is started you can see how effective the drug is?

I feel like you should wait to start meds until after the MRI. If you start the medication before, the doctor may not be able to see what is truly going on. If you can , I would wait.

Yes but one month is maybe not that much for the medication to fully kick in and see endoscopic results

yes, you want one before starting and after about 6 months I think to see if it's doing anything.
