Diet Changes Gut Bacteria Within a Day, Harvard Study Finds

one more observation to support dietary changes can help decrease symptoms of disease. i have solely used dietary modifications for 4.5 years to control symptoms and have had no complications. on average, i have one solid BM a day with no blood or mucus.

avoiding animal based foods like meat and eggs has been one concept that has helped, with only one exception, cheese. the tryptophan content and calcium are necessary.

i think the study said the levels of bacteria changed in one day,and not the diversity.
