Do you ever call your condition by a wrong name?

I do not know why, but I often make the mistake of calling Inflammatory Bowel Disease Inflammable Bowel Disease (look around at my past posts and you may even see some mistakes I made!).

Do you ever accidently (or purposely) use a different name for your condition?

Yeah I just say I have a stomach illness so people understand some times but he its nothing.

I drop "disease" and just call it Crohn's. It makes me feel better but it sounds like I'm in denial!

I don't normally call it something then it isn't. However, I do get annoyed easily while talking about Crohn's and the person I am talking to is being assholee-oish. I start to caugh and say "Don't worry, I think I am past the point of infecting others... I hope. I think you should go to CVS and get a test kit to be on the safe side."
