Do you get flare ups within the flare ups?!

Hi I have a few questions....when someone says they are in a flare up, how long does that last for on average?

And what are your flare up symptoms?

I haven't been diagnosed yet but before I would get about 7 days in a row feeling fatigued/sick/weak/nausea...and then I'd be relatively okay for a few weeks...and then the cycle would continue.

However this time for the past 2 weeks my stomach still continues to be gassy/bloated.
