Does anyone use an App?

Hi Everyone

Just wondering if anyone uses an App to track their test results / BM's extra symptoms etc? And which is the best one?

I don't know much about this sort of thing, but need to start tracking some of these things to show to specialists and keep a record for myself.

Thanks

I found a good one called "my IBD" which I found really useful, I don't use it much any more as I'm hopefully in remission and I can't track the thickness of my bm as I have an ostomy haha!
Hope it helps you though xx

I'd like an app that tracks three things together:
Food consumption
Med consumption
pain/symptoms.

It would be awesome if it could also analyze the data but i'll settle for full tracking. :)

I find most of them annoying because I don't want to log every damn thing and some force you to log stress, food, bowel movements and medication all the time.

that's actually what I need right now. since going off the humira, for depression, I am trying to manage my disease without going back on biologics. This is the first step.

I use GI bodyguard. You can track food, pain and other symptoms, medication, exercise, and stool. It produces a chart with trends in all those things if you want. It's created by the Canadian foundation for Crohns and Colitis I believe. Also free.

I've been using GI Monitor all weekend. My biggest complaint is that I have meds I use as needed and it doesn't seem to have that capability to record. I use the "missed dose" to note when I AM taking them.
