I'm wondering if any of you have traveled with pentasa? Right now I'm taking 4 doses a day of it and have done really well here at home. But, I'm looking to go up to my in-laws which might be a little challenging.

First night up there might be alright since it'll be just my father-in-law and us. But, for 3 nights I don't know how many people we'll have in one house. Plus, one of those 3 we'll be in a house of a cousin and I don't want to offend anyone or put anybody to extra work because I need to eat something with my drugs.

Along with that, I'd sort of like to keep the pills with me during the day for whenever I need them. Do any of you know of anywhere I might be able to buy something small enough to carry but big enough for all those pills? Thanks for any help you can give. Lisa

I just have a cheap daily pill container from the dollar store that I throw in my luggage. Or I've been known to just put the whole pill container in my luggage. Or either of these in my purse. I'd just bring some drinks or granola bars or similar "snack" food you could drink/eat with your pills when necessary. I can't imagine this would cause any problems.

Thanks:) So, it sounds like basically I'm doing about the best a person can. So good with taking my meds, that suppose if need be missing a day or two without taking the full dose might not hurt. Especially since we'll probably only be up there for about 4 nights. We'll see what happens...

Pill containers are cheap and helpful, you can find those at any pharmacy I would suggest you buy two of them and fill them out.(depending of how many days your gonna be there)

Just remember but some extra pill just to be on the safe side because you'll never know what happen.

Enjoy your stay and be aware of your diet there.

That will be one spicy weekend!!!! Heartburn and gas to the max! :stinks:

Thanks guys:) I'm playing around with the organizers I've got here at home first before buying anything. Why buy something if you've already got it here and can save money? Hope you all are having a good day today!
