Endoscopy Results

Well after my colonoscopy didn't show anything major the doc ordered an edoscopy. Yay for the prep! :stinks: Anyways got the results back and found in the middle of the small colon an area that was ulcerated and strictured. His thoughts are to

1) Continue on Imuran and I am at the max dosage and its not working (so pointless)

2) Surgery (which I am not fond of until it is the last result)

3) Join the remicade club - Which would be my choice

It sounds like option 3 is your best bet! I'll be doing the same thing if my scopes on Friday show anything.

Yeah, it sounds like Option #3 is the way to go. Imuran is obviously not doing the job, and surgery should always be the last option.
