Entyvio powder seems to be hardened

Hello all,

I have a concern regarding my latest entyvio dose. The powder does not move like a powder in the vial. It is like it is hardened into a plug and when I shake it a little, it hits the glass and even make some clicking noises. Is this normal? I don't remember the previous one being like this....

I appreciate it if you have your dose and see if it is like this or not.

I don't know anything about this particular biologic but it sounds to me that you should be calling the pharmacy on this one or whoever you receive it from.
