Entyvio to heal inflammatory strictures

Hi everybody,
I developed inflammatory strictures even while on humira and had to switch 2 months ago to entyvio.
Was curious if any of you reached remission and healed their inflammatory strictures with entyvio and how long did it take as it apeared to be quite slow to work well?
I'm quite impatient and hope it works as i'm a bit worried by eventual obstructions or surgery.

I'm feeling slightly better with less symptoms after 2 months, but not sure if it's because entyvio or my diet...
Based on researches and other members, big results shouldn't be expected before 3-6 months. I don't know what to expect for inflammatory strictures though.
