Entyvio (Vedolizumab) - fatigue, bloating and headaches

Hi Eveyone,

It seems like the major side effects that we are experiencing are fatigue, bloating and headaches. I wanted to create this thread so that we could post some advice on how to deal with these.

The headaches are for the most part gone, and the bloating is bad but not not a major concer, however the fatigue is really bad and infact getting worse.

What are you guys doing to offset the fatigue? Does the fatigue go away?

thanks

Hi! I just finished the induction phase of Entyvio and will have my next dose in 8weeks. The headaches get better with time. I have been really trying to keep hydrated with pedialyte. The bloating and gas have gotten worse though. the fatigue is overwhelming! Especially with two young children and working part time. By 7pm I am toast! Overall, I have gained about 5lbs since starting and my BM have gone from about 20/day to 10/ day. Still loose since I have had three bowel resections. I hope this keeps working! Failed everything else!

Fatigue is the worse thing. I have been having a lot of aches and pains in legs and being quite breathy. Bloating has not been an issue. I have experienced emotional issues. I am not interested in work, my mind gets off track and I seem quite depressed.

I failed to mention, I have had several headaches, two nights ago I was hit with the worst headache of my life. I thought I was going to end up in ER.
